A run-down Victorian semi taken back to structure. Basement conversion, rear extension, loft expansion with enlarged dormer, and a phased programme that let the upper flats start generating rental income while the lower works continued.

Wraparound to a Victorian terraced house designed by Vatraa. 99% of the demolished flank and rear walls re-laid as reclaimed brick. Longlisted for Don’t Move, Improve! 2022.

John and Viola returned to London after twenty years in Dubai. We delivered a high-spec contemporary duplex including a mid-project intervention to resolve an unsafe loft conversion discovered behind the existing fabric.
